Duty 1 To check and determine the quality of data, and identify print quality on invoices for processingLiaise with head office and 3rd parties regarding problems with data on invoicesPrepare price quotes and invoicing based on set price listsVarious ad hoc administration duties and projects
Duty 2 Bookkeeper Handle full-set of accounts on accounting software – (around 50 transactions per month)Good understanding of local and state taxes, duties and accounting regulationsHandle completion and filing of monthly tax returnsMonitor accounts payablePrepare monthly payroll for paymentPayment of invoices/expensesCashflow forecastsBankingMinor company secretarial mattersPetty cash keepingLiaise with auditors and report to head office in Australia
Degree/Diploma in business, accounting or finance At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role in a foreign office environment Have good communication in English and Chinese (written and spoken)Motivated, attention to detail, hard working and confident

1：出纳，协助会计公司完成会计事物
2：根据已有的价格表给客户发报价的email
3：检查电信账单质量，决定能否进行下一步操作；关于账单质量事务，跟总部或第三方联系
要求：
1: 1-2年出纳工作经验
2：中英文沟通交流能力良好（特别是书写和口语）

4：良好的会计职业操守，有工作经验者优先
