职责描述

1. 管理Exchange Server, SQL server, Lync Server, VMware, SAN ,Citrix等各种服务器。

2. 对服务器进行例行状态检查，生成日志与报表。

3. 系统升级与补丁包安装。

4. 处理应用请求，进行事故，问题处理并提出预防改进方案。

5. 对系统优化与改进。

6. 对团队进行技术与经验分享

7. 周末可能需要进行实时支持或轮班

岗位要求

1. 丰富的Windows AD, Exchange Server, SQL server, Lync Server, VMware, SAN ,Citrix的管理维护经验

2. 非常熟悉IT基础设施支持

3. 具有很强分析解决问题的能力

4. 熟悉ITIL工作流程与规范

5. 具有计划和性能测试及调优经验

6. 3年或者以上的系统工程师经验

7. 英语听说读写能力熟练

8. 有同时处理多项任务的能力，能快速地适应变化

9. 计算机相关专业本科学历毕业优先

Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server, Lync Server, SQL Server, VMware Server, Citrix and SAN etc.
2. Checking servers health status daily and generating reports
3. Upgrading and patching servers
4. Handling service requests and dealing with incidents and problems, coming up with preventive and improving solutions
5. Tuning systems and improving systems performance
6. Sharing technical experience with the team
7. After hours and weekend work may be required including participation in the on call rotation


Required qualifications:
1. Rich in experience of managing and maintaining Windows AD, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Lync Server, VMware, SAN ,Citrix, etc.
2. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure support
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem analyzing ability.
4. Familiar with ITIL framework and process.
5. Experience in system tuning and performance improving.
6. 3 years or above work experience as system engineer.
7. Excellent Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.
8. Ability to multitask and adapt easily to change.
9. Computer technology and science related majors preferred.
