This company is a new training and educational center seeking part-time and full-time instructors. Classes are designed to assist students planning to study in the United States.

CLASS INFORMATION
We are currently looking for instructors to teach Intermediate ESL, Pre-College English, TOEFL Prep and SAT Prep classes, as well as one-on-one and small group tutoring. Initial classes are expected to begin in May, June and July.
The first class scheduled to start will be Intermediate ESL (focus on reading and writing), which will run May 12 - June 17 and will be held on Saturdays and Sundays (morning - afternoon).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach all assigned classes.
Prepare lesson plans that maintain students' interest.
Keep students engaged in the class.
Grade homework, quizzes and exams.
Attend meetings, training and workshops as needed.
Assist with curriculum development
Perform other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience teaching adults
Knowledge of teaching subject matter
Familiarity with U.S. higher educational system and American culture
High level of English proficiency and clear pronunciation in English
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work well with individuals from various cultural backgrounds
Strong communication skills, including ability to explain difficult concepts
Friendly, energetic, patient and flexible
Reliable, well-organized and skilled in classroom management
U.S. university graduate*
(*Applicants with degree from other countries or currently completing a university degree may be considered for some classes or one-on-one teaching.)
