Job Responsibilites
1.Develops Shama Hangzhou HR strategy in conjunction with the mission, goals and objectives 。
根据莎玛的目标和方向制定人力资源战略。
2.Establishes HR framework including:
设立人力资源框架，内容包括：
The organization structure
组织结构
HR Policies and Procedures
人力资源规章制度
Training procedures
培训制度
Transfer and promotion procedures
调任和晋级程序
3. Manage labor relations issues of the property.
管理劳资问题
4.Maintain remuneration scales in accordance with financial objectives.
制定与财务计划相符合的薪酬标准。
5.Plan bonus, commission and incentive schemes for relevant staff.
为相关员工制定奖金，佣金和奖励方案。

Job Requriements
1. At least 5-year working experience in hotel or serviced apartment
至少5年酒店或服务式公寓工作经验
2. With pre-opening experience
