本职位针对未开业的服务式公寓，位于杭州下沙经济开发区
Job Responsibilities
1.This role requires the person to handle a wide variety of procurement and administrative duties related to maintenance, repair, and operating (MRO) and capital equipment purchases, contracting services and contracts administration.
该岗位的主要职责为负责与采购相关的采购标的的品名、规格的确定、维护、保养和服务合同的签订和日常营运所需物料和营运设备/资产的采购。

2.Responsibilities also include involving in a variety of procurement activities such as including preparation of specifications and the bidding process for commodities and contracts, and preparation, renewal, and monitoring of properties commodity and service requirements contracts.
包括但不限于供应商的筛选，投标流程的确定，合同续签等工作。

3.Plans, directs, and manages the procurement activities.
对物业进行采购制作计划、指导、实施和管理。

Job Requirements
1.Communication skills; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the brand and the Company.
沟通技能；完全代表品牌和公司与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。
2. Above 5-year relevant experience
至少5年相关工作经验
3. With hotel or serviced aparment experience prefered
优先考虑具有酒店或服务式公寓工作经验者
