ROLE:

Responsible for leading the business operation of C&E Hangzhou. This position is chartered with the development and implementation of business plans that would help achieve business goals and assure future business growth. This would include coordination, cooperation, management and leadership of various activities and resources in the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee the production operation to ensure the achievement of business target and service quality and on the meanwhile fulfill accreditation requirements;
2. Responsible for annual forecasts/targets, budgets and manpower plans;
3. Assess, evaluate and control the capital expenditure;
4. Cooperate with Chief Engineering Office and Certification Center to manage technical development & alignment, introduce new services as well as create new values to existing services to assure sustainable growth and competitiveadvantages;
5. Cooperate with other shared functions regional-wise and global-wise to support Intertek strategy implementation;
6. Supervise the execution of quality management program;
7. Manage client relationship, work closely with Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and assure revenue & profitability;
8. Partner and coordinate with relevant business units to find out solutions and improve the certification process, ensure effectiveness and efficiency;
9. Create an environment to encourage and ensure common vision & approach;
10. Develop, establish and maintain a high level of business relationship with internal and external partners for daily business and future growth;
11. Promote cooperate culture, manage and raise staff morale, develop talents and successors for continuous growth needs in the company;
12. Enhance and develop the relationship and cooperation with local government and Chinese partner of join venture;
13. Other job-related assignments as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical,Automation, Management, and etc.;
2. Min. 12 years experience in disciplines such as engineering, testing and certification industry;
3. With 5 years experience at managerial level.
