职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责指定区域各类型物业项目信息的收集、接洽，市场开发、客户维护和销售管理等工作；
2、负责制定销售计划、方案编制、周边市场调研及费用测算，并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户；
3、负责对各类物业项目进行初步评判；
4、负责拟外拓项目的过程谈判、跟进及沟通完成销售的任务指标；
5、配合总部相关部门进行招投标准备工作；
6、做好销售合同的签订，履行与管理等相关工作及协调处理各类市场问题；
7、领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、年龄25岁-45岁形象良好，具备一定的英语基础，有留学经历尤佳；
2、具有高端商用物业、星级酒店相同职能岗位工作经历，并有一定的业务拓展经验；
3、具备良好的沟通及交际能力及工作执行力；
4、熟练使用相关办公软件、设备；
