We are looking for a Senior AJAX Software Engineer with very good written & verbal English communication skills to work at the cutting edge of software and web development in a strong team environment for a USA software company in Hangzhou. Candidates must have strong expertise in AJAX programming, and have a breadth of experience in GUI and web design and development. Strong personal time and task management skills are essential. A successful candidate will be intelligent, learn new technologies quickly, and work well with others and under the pressure of deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- AJAX program development, writing re-usable JavaScript and using JQuery libraries
- AJAX program outline and architecture design, according to Project Requirements
- Team building, provide support, training, & leadership to junior engineers
- Collaborate strongly in a team environment with GUI designers, developers, and QA engineers

Requirements:
- More than 2 years AJAX application design and development experience
- Expert in AJAX programming techniques
- Expert in JavaScript, HTML (including XHTML), CSS, DOM, etc.
- Experienced with JQuery libraries
- Good at manipulating data using XML and / or JSON
- Familiar with Object Oriented design and programing
- Good sense of graphic user interface
- Good system analysis and design capability
- Good written and verbal communication skill and team cooperating skill
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Flex would be an advantage
- Familiarity with PHP is a plus
- Experience with a SQL database such as MySQL or MS-SQL is important
- Candidates with XML/XSL experience are preferred

- 良好的英语交流能力
- 有Flex经验者更佳
- 熟练PHP者优先
- 熟悉SQL数据库至关重要，如MySQL或者MS-SQL 。
