Job Description:

1. Own Tennant’s relationship with the 25-30 largest BSC’s in China.
2. Develop the appropriate strategic account program for the largest BSC’s in China, which will include a national pricing program, national service support, onsite facility support for machine/technology recommendations, ensuring the appropriate delivery and onsite equipment training, and ongoing training/development from Tennant.
3. Learn Tennant’s best practices on surveying large BSC's to understand their cleaning needs and challenges.
4. Stay current on market developments, especially BSC’s that are becoming larger, or critical BSC projects/opportunities.
5. Grow Tennant’s market share with the largest identified BSC’s in China by introducing all of Tennant’s products, technologies, parts, and services. Develop metrics to measure Tennant’s market share with each BSC within these categories.
6. Work closely with China product management to ensure Tennant continues to develop the right products, services and technologies for BSC customers in China.
7. Conduct quarterly business reviews that focus on business progress and development, changing customer needs, problems, obstacles, new partnership opportunities, and improved measures.
8. Provide accurate business and market forecasts.
9. Communicate effectively with regional management and the various sales channels, keeping all levels informed on the progress of the largest BSC accounts. Effectively partner with and delegate work to the field level sales team that helps support the largest BSC customers with their projects.
10. Differentiate Tennant from its competitors by consistently exceeding the expectations of its strategic account customers throughout the entire buying and ownership experience
11. Be a visible and vocal champion for the customer within Tennant by leveraging strong collaboration skills to partner with sales, service, marketing, operations, and other functions to meet customer needs

Requirement:

? Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university, MBA preferred;
? Minimum of 10 years of overall business experience, including a minimum of 4 years selling into high-end accounts;
? Experience in selling to executive levels and business owners;
? Have the direct or indirect sales experience in selling value added solutions to BSC, Hospitality, or Retail business;
? Experience in developing sales channels;
? Proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives;
? Sets appropriate timelines and follows projects and tasks through to completion;
? Strong negotiating skills;
? Strong presentation, training and facilitation skills;
? Proficient at interacting with people at all levels of an organization;
? Functional PC application and CRM type systems;
? Good command of English essential;
? Passionate about continuous improvement;
? Strong collaboration skills;
? Strong ethics
