Job description:
1. Responsible for making drum brake assembly drawing, especially for drum brake shoe drawing
According to customer provide sample or production description, make drawing to suitable for manufacturing.
负责鼓式制动蹄的图纸绘制,能根据客户提供的样品或描述绘制产品图纸.
2. Responsible for making drum brake lining drawing.
负责鼓式制动器摩擦片的图纸绘制.
3. Responsible for making off-highway and on-highway brake pad drawing, also has ability to analysis manufacturing feasibility.
负责非公路和公路用车刹车片的图纸绘制,同时分析制造可行性.
4. Responsible for making industry friction drawing.
负责工业摩擦片图纸的绘制.
5. Responsible for new production quotation and manufacturing feasibility analysis.
负责新产品的报价和制造可行性分析.
6. Collect marketing information, to understand competitor manufacturing technology.
收集行业内同类产品的技术资料, 了解新的制造工艺.
7. Responsible for new project tracking and progress.
负责新项目的跟踪和实施进程
8. Coordinate manufacturing department and quality department to analysis customer
complaint.
协同生产制造和质量部门分析客户投诉问题.
9. Responsible for drawing management and release process.
负责图纸管理和发放流程.
9. Setup training course to all direct labors to continually increase staffs’ capability
       设计制作培训资料，给一线员工进行培训，持续提高他们的技能；
10. Other tasks assigned by manager.
       领导临时交办的任务；

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or bachelor degree in related discipline with relevant experience;
        本科及以上学历，机械类，机电一体化或是自动化专业，其他相关学科有相关的工作经验亦可。
2. At least 3 years' experience in brake shoe & fiction lining design & manufacturing area
3年以上制动蹄和摩擦片研发制造领域经验.
3. Strong ability to use AutoCAD experience, at least 2 years work experience in desig department.
    具有很强的AUTOCAD画图经验,至少在产品设计部门工作2年以上.
4. Good ability to plan, organize, coordinate and communicate effectively, and able to work
     with minimum supervision;
       具有很好的的计划，组织，协调和有效沟通的能力，具有很好的自我管理和自我监督的
    能力。
5. Good computer skill and ability to use AutoCAD, Pro/E, MS office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
     and ERP is preferred;
     具有很好的计算机技能，能够熟练使用 AUTOCAD, Pro/E, MS office (Word, Excel,
  Powerpoint), 有ERP使用经验，将优先考虑。
6. Good command of written and spoken English, and ability to make communication in English
    effectively is preferred;
      能够用英文进行有效的沟通（读写说）将优先考虑。
7. Good executive and strong team-work spirit;
      具有很好的执行力和团队精神；
8. Good consciousness to Quality and Cost;
      具有很强的质量观念和成本意识；
9. Project management experience is preferred;
    具有项目管理经验的优先考虑；
10. Experience in new product/process transfers/introduction is preferred.
