职位职能：Facility Engineer 设备维修工程师

职位描述：

岗位职责：

1.负责执行设施设备的维护计划，确保设备设施处于正常状态

Execute routine facility and equipment checking & maintenance, make sure all in good condition

2.现场故障排查和解决，确保设备设施高效运行

Perform on-site trouble shooting and problem solving in case of failure, reduce down time

3.维护和更新设备设施维保档案

Keep a clear facility & equipment status/maintenance record

4.协助制定和更新设备设施的维护手册、巡检步骤及要求

Assist in preparation and duly update of operation manual inspection procedures/guidance

5.协助设立和更新维保策略，监督和不断改善维保和设备供应商的表现

Assist in set up and modify maintenance policies, monitor & improve performance of contracted vendor

6.管理设备设施新项目和改造项目，协调各方面满足项目时间和质量要求

Manage modification & new facility/equipment project, coordinate to meet deadline & quality requirement

7.培训操作人员，不断完善和提高培训质量和培训体系

Perform operator training, and continuously improve training program & system quality

具体要求：

1.两年以上工厂环境设备设施维护管理经验

2+ years experience with facility managment in a production enviroment

2.深入了解强电及机械系统

In-depth knowedge of eletrical and mechanical systems

3.熟悉设备设施的安装及维修，能制定维护计划和维护方案

Good knowedge of facilities maintenance, able to schedule routine maintainance and the schedule and procedure of facility management

4.良好地英语说写能力，能用英文进行技术性交流

Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit

5.具备IT设备上手经验和基本技术优选

Fair knowledge and hand-on experience on IT devices preferred
