顾问/接待Course Adviser/receptionist职位描述：
拨打客户电话进行销售工作，迎接来访顾客。
接听客户的咨询电话。
接待客户来访，进行课程介绍及咨询。
为客户安排合适的课程。


职位要求：
1、大学英语四级以上水平，普通话标准，口齿伶俐，可进行时常英语交流；
2、言谈自信，形象大方，性格开朗，充满干劲；高度的主动性，较强的销售和服务意识。
3、负责学员缴费手续的办理，跟进内部学员的学习进度，协调教务工作；
4、为人踏实稳重，有服务意识及良好的心理素质，能够承受较强的工作压力；
5、完成并超越销售任务，达成良好的销售业绩。
6、1-2年的销售工作经验，有教育类销售经验者优先；
7、有销售、客户服务等相关工作经验者优先；
