职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责收集行业信息，定期对市场需求和竞争趋势进行市场调查与分析；
2、 协助市场部经理进行市场拓展，包括组织有效的招生广告、市场宣传，策划、分析与管理，不断开发新型营销方式，发展新客户, 提升品牌知名度和美誉度；
3、 根据市场调查、数据分析，对产品提出优化方案，准确捕捉市场需求；
岗位要求：
1、中专及以上学历，市场营销、广告策划等相关专业优先，有在校学生会或社团学生干部工作经验者优先；
2、具较强方案策划、创意能力，总结和分析能力强，思维敏捷，性格外向；。
3、具有良好的职业素养，较强的执行力，具有高度的敬业精神和开拓精神，富有工作激情。
4、有营销、策划经验者优先。
