职位描述
课程顾问Course Adviser
向学员推荐英语/对外汉语提升解决方案、根据客户的需求制定个性化的英语/汉语学习计划。和客户保持良好的关系，完成公司既定的销售目标。
主要职责：
1. 邀约客户到访，向客户提供专业的咨询以介绍思海教育并推荐英语/汉语提升解决方案和个人英语/汉语学习计划
2. 完成学员和家长的报名接待工作，做好课程的销售工作；
3. 负责准学员的英语/汉语水平测试；
4. 负责学员缴费手续的办理，跟进内部学员的学习进度，协调教务工作；
5. 完成并超越销售任务，达成良好的销售业绩。
职位要求：
1、大学英语四级以上水平，普通话标准，口齿伶俐，可进行时常英语交流；
2、言谈自信，形象大方，性格开朗，充满干劲；高度的主动性，较强的销售和服务意识。
3、为人踏实稳重，有服务意识及良好的心理素质，能够承受较强的工作压力；
4、1-2年的销售工作经验，有教育类销售经验者优先；
5、具有良好的团队合作精神，工作热情，能不断激发潜能，创造业绩。
