职位名称：机械电力维修工
Mechanical & electrical maintenance worker
岗位职责：Job description
1.服从直接上级的工作安排，严格遵守维修作业的各项规程。
Team work, obey arrangements and maintenance regulations
2.完成所管辖部门所有设备（如安剖瓶灌装流水线、西林瓶灌装流水线、预充式注射器灌装线、包装设备、高压锅、热风循环热烘箱）的中、小修工作和日常维护保养工作。认真填写各种检修记录。
Take responsible for medium/minus repairs and daily maintenance work for all equipments (eg. Ampoule filling line, vial filling line, pre-filling syringe line, packaging line, autoclave, dry heat oven ) in the department. Make maintenance & repair record carefully.
3、配合设备供应商完成对设备的大修。
Coordinate with equipment supplier to accomplish major repairs for equipments.
4、认真做好设备巡检工作，了解设备的各种状况，发现问题及时处理，确保生产正常进行。
Take responsibilities for routing inspection of equipments; be aware of equipment conditions; find and d eal with problems without delay to ensure smooth production.
5、配合其他工种，团结协作，共同完成生产和检修任务。Team work. Coordinate with other positions to fulfill repair&maintenance tasks to ensure production.
6、配合其他专业做好新设备的安装调试工作。Coordinate with other professionals to accomplish equipment installation and adjustment.
7、参与对设备实施的各种合规型改造。Participate in equipment remediation for GMP compliance.
8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。To fulfill other assignments.
任职要求：Other requirements
1、年龄：25岁以上；
Age: above 25
2. 工作经历：从事机械或设备维修工作5年以上, 最好有生物医药公司工作的经历；
Working experience: >5 year working experience in mechanical or equipment maintenance; preferable with working experience in large-scale pharmaceutical industry.
4、 文化程度：高中以上；Education background: high school.
其他：身体健康、品行端正、具备独立工作能力。Other: good health condition, well-conducted, able to work independently (key requirement).
