职位描述：
1. 职位描述：
- Ensure an optimal interaction between all curing related parameter，(e.g. tire dimensions, compounds, cure process, press hardware, bladder, plant environment, …)；
- Keep close contact to R&D interface to ensure the fulfill of R&D specifications and requirements；
- Validate all curing related processes according to R&D specifications and requirements；
- Ensure proper cure time calculation and updated curing specifications (Tool: Thermo or similar R&D released tool) ；
- Liaise with plant QM and plant PI-Material:
  Update rheological data (t10, t90 values) for curing relevant compounds (Tread, Base);
  Update CTD data (L32, L31, W138, Shoulder radius) for all CVT tire sizes in plant[CE CVT only];
  Update CTD data (L32, L31, S14) for all PLT tire sizes in plant[CE PLT only];
- Carry out Thermocouple Measurements according to given procedure and equipment， (Main steps: calibrate TC-wire, prepare grid tire, prepare TM-tire, execute TM at press)；
- Contribute to press hardware / equipment improvements (e.g. PT100, loader, piping, controll valves, …) ； - Specify and supervise the required set-up parameter for presses and bladder preparation；
- Analyse curing bladder data provided by Production；
- Support ETO curing and evaluate cured tires, prior to release for serial production；
- Support all curing related RNs；
- Establish standard operating procedures & controll plans and issue plant specifications；
- Partcipate in improvement actions focused on energy saving and cure cycle time reduction；
- Participate in audits and audit findings；
- Support Production, QM and Technical Departments with all curing related tasks/problems/actions.

- Diploma (or similar) in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering；
- One year experience in manufacturing or similar；
- English advanced level；

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
