职位描述
岗位描述：
1、分管行政人事及后勤办公，负责政府关系联络及重要客人接待；
2、推进公司的制度及流程标准化建设；
3、处理公司重大突发事件和重大公共关系问题；
4、推进公司企业文化建设，树立起公司良好的内外部形象；
5、主持公司日常工作会议，监督、推进公司下达的经营任务及计划。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，管理类相关专业，MBA优先；
2、具备销售管理、财务管理、生产运营、人力资源等全面的管理经验，十年以上工作经验；
3、具有良好的沟通及谈判技巧；
4、工作地点：杭州萧山
