招聘职位：品牌主管

工作地点：北京

工作职责：

1. 根据产品及其应用的特性，提出独特新颖的宣传视角和宣传概念

2. 根据不同产品、不同应用及不同销售渠道，制定并执行品牌及产品推广方案，并评估传播效果

3. 负责公司网站及产品宣传册的更新

4. 负责公司文件（邮件、PPT、信笺等）视觉形象及格式的一致化设计

5. 负责广告宣传品及产品礼盒的设计制作（包括图案及文稿）

6. 撰写公司对外宣传的新闻稿，及在专业媒体上发表的宣传文稿

7. 设计制做公司产品及品牌宣传片，以及产品应用教学片

8. 关注市场变化及竞品动向，发现机会，提出营销及新产品建议

9. 筛选并组合多种方式及途径（包括互联网平台、专业媒体及相关展会），宣传推广公司品牌及产品

10. 负责我司参展展位的选定、内外设计、展台特装及布展

11. 负责公司产品应用案例及宣传展示活动的图片收集与文案撰写

12. 配合销售总监制定经销商支持方案

13. 配合经销商策划并实施相关宣传活动及技术研讨会

14. 设计并制作销售人员便携式产品工具箱及产品销售速查手册

招聘要求:

• 大专及以上学历，新闻、广告、市场营销或公关传播专业优先
• 优良的中英文语言沟通及文案写作能力，熟悉各种办公软件, 特别是PPT
• 善于思考，富有创意，并能将创意以设计形式表达出来
• 爱好绘画，有较强的审美能力，并有一定的平面设计基础
• 3年品牌推广及产品宣传经验，有独立负责品牌建设管理工作经验者优先
• 熟悉品牌推广运作，具有出色的品牌策划能力及整合传播技巧

Working Place：Beijing

Job Title：Brand Specialist

Job Responsibility：

1. Propose innovational concept and angle to promote brand and products according the features and application of the products.

2. Make and implement brand promotion plan, and check the result according different products, different application and different sales channels

3. Renew website and production brochures

4. In charge of VI and format design for company’s documents, such as email, PPT, letter head, etc.

5. Design promotion advertisement, flyers and gift package, including artwork and wording

6. Draft the promotion articles and news release on professional media

7. Make promotion video clip for major products and renew odor control demonstration video clip

8. Track the market trend and competition, find opportunities and propose suggestion on marketing stragegy and new products

9. Select and combine all kinds of ways (such as internet, professional media and exhibitions, etc.) to promote the brand and products

10. In charge of our booth selection, design and construction in the exhibition

11. Take on-site pictures of our product application and promotion event, and draft promotion articles

12. Help Sales Director to make distributor support plan

13. Help distributor to plan and conduct the promotion events and seminars

14. Design and make portable product sample kit and sales mannual for sales

Requirement:

• College eduction and above in Journalism, advertisement, markeing or PR communication
• Good communicaiton ability in both Chinese and English, as well as good writting ability
• Familiar with all kinds of office software, especially PPT
• Love thinking and have creative idea, able to express the idea through graphic design
• Good at drawing with good aesthetics and basic graphic design　
• At least 3 years of experience in brand and product promotion, preference given to those who has been independently in charge of brand promotion

Familiar brand promotion operation, have outstanding brand planning ability and promotion skill
