职位描述：
Responsibility:
Responsible for the quality control of goods received from suppliers based in zone before these goods are shipped to Italy and have to be in line with the indications of the Quality Manager of Marzoli and of the person of reference for the development of the Chinese supply chain.

负责在装船运往意大利前对供应商货物的质量控制，做到和MARZOLI质量管理人以及中国供应链发展负责人的要求一致

Duties:
1. Check the goods received from the suppliers and guarantees its quality before the shipment; the controls mainly relate to the mechanical parts and assemblies;
2. Perform controls at the suppliers’ site;
3. Follow the introduction of new suppliers and of new purchased products;
4. Monitor the suppliers and the progress of improvement plans, supporting them when needed for quality control like for example the preparation of CMM controls.

2、在供应商网站上评估质量
3、跟进新供应商和新采购产品的介绍信息
4、监督供应商和计划改进进度，在质量控制方面支持供应商的工作，如能力成熟模型控制的准备

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree specialized in mechanics/materials;
2. Good interpersonal and negotiation skill. Will to communicate;
3. Strong problem solving & decision making skill, propensity to continuous improvement;
4. Master SQE standards and procedures requested;
5. Good knowledge of mechanical drawing;
6. Possess raw materials metallurgical knowledge of materials (carbon steels and steel alloys, cast iron, aluminum, etc.) and thermal treatments, components, treatments. Products and functioning methods (textile machines and the electric and electronic part knowledge is preferable). Production processes and cycles. Basic quality control techniques;
7. Possess knowledge of metrology tools (capable person and expert in controlling general mechanical parts using both traditional tools (gauges, gauge ring, micrometer, roughness meter, dial gauge, etc.) as well as three-dimensional control machines.)
8. Possess knowledge of basic statistic elements;
9. English is a must;
10. Office and SAP module QM are good;
11. 5 years of experience in the specific position.

1、本科或工程师文凭，机械或材料专业；
2、良好的人际交往能力和谈判能力，愿意与人沟通；
3、较强的解决问题和做决定能力，有改进意识；
4、掌握供应商质量控制的工作标准和流程；
5、掌握机械图知识；
6、掌握原材料材料的冶金知识（碳钢和钢合金，铸铁，铝，等）和热处理，元件，工艺处理。生产和运作的方式（了解纺织机械和电气电子零部件知识更佳）
产品的处理和流转。基本质量控制的技术；
7、拥有测量工具知识（在总体机械零部件质量控制方面，有相当专业的水准既能使用传统工具（测量，测量技术，测微计，粗糙度测量，刻度测量，等）也能使用3D控制机械）。懂得基础统计原理；
8、掌握基本的统计原理；
9、英语能作为工作语言；
10、办公自动化软件及SAP的质量管理模块熟练；
11、五年类似工作经验。
