职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
the primary interface to the LCFC marketing team as well as R&D team responsible for driving LCFC product parts supply choices, commodity roadmaps and strategies into Lenovo’s notebook portfolio. The PBM is also the key interface to the Lenovo global commodity managers, Lenovo xBUs PBM team in an international team, as well as work cross functionally with the end to end global supply chain team to manage all parts for global new product launches and technology transitions.
Core responsibilities include: NPI functions, parts source plans, coordination with Development on product development support, parts complexity reduction, coordination with GCMs on parts sourcing and cost management and driving risk mitigation strategies.
The position requires strengths in program and project management, business case/financial analysis, cross functional / end to end supply chain expertise including: planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution or logistics. Leadership skills and cross-functional teaming abilities are necessary to coordinate with all functions of product development and launch.
Position interfaces with Program Managers, Development, Supply/Demand Planning, Procurement Engineering, Procurement commercial commodity teams, Marketing and Finance. PBM may also interact with the executive management of the xBUt Global Supply Chain during NPI and key product checkpoint decisions.
Requirements:

? Assertive individual able to lead, drive change, and work cross functionally as team member
? Lead and own procurement actions for LCFC product NPI and life cycle management
? Lead and facilitate communication between LCFC Commodity Managers, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and other Lenovo organizations to launch Lenovo products
? Supply chain parts management and Cost analysis of BOMs / procurement parts
