职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for staff entry, termination and promotion 
- Handle employee benefit issues on social insurance, housing Fund
- Employees’ database and P-file management
- Conduct the probation appraisal and renew employees’ labor contract 
- Check the attendance of all department employees
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll process
- Assist recruitment, including searching CV, arranging interview and interviewing the candidates for the first round 
- Handle the working permit and residence permit for foreigners 
- Other assigned HR & Administration related tasks

Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years' HR & Administration work experience in F&B field
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have ability to work under pressure and to handle complexity and multi-task, high sense of confidentiality & responsibility
- Pleasant Personality, service-oriented, team player, attention to details

工作职责：
1、负责员工入职、离职、晋升           
2、处理社会保险、住房公积金的员工福利问题            
3、员工数据库和档案管理            
4、进行试用期评估和更新员工的劳动合同             
5、核实各部门员工的出勤情况，核对及汇总考勤     
6、核算员工工资，确保每月工资发放及时且准确            
7、协助招聘工作，包括筛选简历，安排面试，初试
8、办理外国人就业手续
9、其它上级交办的其它人力资源及行政相关工作

任职要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，2-3年以上人力资源工作经验，餐饮行业优先
2、熟知劳动法，有人事工作实际操作经验
3、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力            
4、良好的沟通和人际交往能力            
5、能承受一定的工作压力，处事灵活有条理，具高度的保密意识和责任感             -
6、性格开朗，服务至上，团队合作精神，注重细节
