职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Financial Controller to manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting package requirement and deadlines, standardization of financial processes.
2. Responsible for monthly closing of China Senior Care Group entities, ensure smooth closing process.
3. Supervisor account reconciliation and ensure quality and timely submission. Recommend and record necessary accounting adjustments in IFRS group consolidated financial statements.
4. Perform monthly and quarterly actual vs. budget analysis, highlight issues. Perform monthly cashflow projection updates.
5. Work closely with offshore tax and legal professionals to handle the tax and legal compliance of group offshore entities.
6. Ensure finance processes are fully aligned with group policies & procedures and PRC accounting standards.
7. Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions and professionals.
8. Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Financial Controller.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, minimum of 5 years sound professional experience in a financial area within multinational companies, Big 4 experience is a definite advantage
2. Proficient knowledge and experience in IFRS reporting. CICPA, ACCA or other recognized professional accounting qualification is an asset.
3. Strong experience with Microsoft Office products (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
4. Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
5. Good sense of accountability, responsibility and problem solving
6. Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
7. Ability to prioritize and work in multitask environment
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
