Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Systems Administration:

系统管理：

a. Support providing, installation of hardware and/or software, and recommendations on PC/Laptop platform.

为硬件/软件的安装以及个人电脑/笔记本的应用安装提供技术支持。

b. Quick response and maximum uptime of all users and perform end-user training when necessary.

将用户计算机的正常运行时间最大化，快速响应指令；必要时，开展终端用户培训。

c. Be actively involved in coordinating and testing automatic software patching and configuration tools.

主动参与协调和测试自动软件补丁及各种配置工具。

d. Create a high level of user satisfaction through accurate timely follow-up, communicate with customers effectively and keep a good relationship.

准确及时的跟进问题，与用户进行有效沟通，使用户满意度保持在较高水平。

e. Skilled in Windows/Linux Server and Exchange administration and properly route requests to the appropriate group.

熟悉Windows/Linux服务器和Exchange管理， 传递合理的指令至对应的路径。

f. Skilled in TCP/IP knowledge to properly route requests to the appropriate group.

熟悉TCP/IP知识，传递合理的指令至对应的路径。

2. Customer Service:

客户服务：

a. Oversee desktop support responsibility of IT Help Requests.

监督IT服务请求中的桌面支持服务。

b. Ensure IT Help Requests are responded to and closed in a timely manner.

确保IT服务请求能及时有效响应。

c. Handle purchasing, distribution, and inventories of PC hardware and software.

负责采购，分发和储存电脑硬件和软件。

d. Manage the life cycle of systems in the facilities to the maximum utilization.

管理设施中系统的生命周期，使其发挥最大价值。

3. Perform additional duties directed by the superiors.

完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualification

任职资格

1. University degree or equivalent education.

学士学位或同等教育水平。

2. Five years' work experience in manufacturing factory.

五年以上制造业工作经验。

3. Support experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange and Outlook is a must.

必须有微软Windows、Office、Exchange和Outlook的技术支持经验。

4. Support experience within an AD environment.

有广告环境的技术支持工作经验。

5. WAN/LAN and Remote Access (VPN) Knowledge.

熟悉WAN/LAN以及VPN知识。

6. Knowledge of scripting.

有一定的编程知识。

7. English language skills with good writing and speaking abilities.

良好的英语说、写能力。

8. Must possess a high degree of integrity.
