职位描述
1、主持技术部门的全面工作，组织并监督技术人员全面完成职责范围内的各项工作任务；
2、负责组织制定管理制度，技术标准，技术规范，以及监督实施；
3、负责新技术的引进，进行需求分析，技术框架设计，产品开发计划的定制，开发进度的监控；
4、负责即时指导、处理、协调和解决开发过程中出现的技术问题；提供技术维护和解决方案；
5、深入部门间的密切配合，加强协作。
任职资格
1、电子类相关专业专科学历以上；
2、3年以上灯具研发工作经验，
3、熟练相关制图软件， 熟悉单片机的编写。
4、具有良好的领导能力、谈判及沟通能力，独立解决问题的能力；
5、具有较强的工作责任心和事业心，善于管理团队。
6、从事过灯具行业的优先。
