Job Purpose
岗位目的
The Senior Accountant / Finance Manager will assist the CFO with daily finance operation. He / she must be able to finish bookkeeping, financial and management reporting, tax, treasury, budgeting / forecasting, statutory filings and other finance related tasks independently.
资深会计 / 财务经理将协助首席财务官处理财务相关的日常事务，能独立准确地操作公司账目、财务报告；完成税务申报、资金及预算管理，以及其他相关事务。
Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Report to HK Headquarters, and be responsible for and handle full set of accounts, finance, tax and accounting and treasury matters.
负责向香港总部提交财务报告，完成整套账务处理，税务申报及资金管理工作。
2. Assist in developing and implementing an efficient financial and internal control system.
协助建立和执行高效的财务管理体系。
3. Manage cash flow, daily bank receipt and payment and related reports.
负责现金流预测及管控，处理银行收付款并完成相关报表及入账。
4. Manage bank account opening, change and closure.
负责银行账户的开立、变更及注销。
5. Manage submission of statutory and tax filings and reports.
负责法定税务申报及档案管理。
6. Issue the VAT invoice and VAT invoice authentication.
处理增值税发票及相关事宜。
7. Liaise with banks, tax bureau, SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) and local authorities on finance-related activities.
与银行、税务、外管局及审计人员保持联系和紧密沟通
8. Assist in developing annual budget and rolling forecast.
协助完善年度及滚动资金预算的编制。
9. Assist the CFO in monitoring operational performance and spending against approved budget and forecast.
协助首席财务官监督公司运营情况以及获准预算的使用情况。
10. Assist and support the daily operations in Hangzhou office.
协助管理公司杭州办公室的日常运作。
11. Perform additional duties directed by superiors.
完成上级安排的其它工作。
Qualification
任职资格
1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting related in PRC.
中国境内财务、金融相关专业本科毕业。
2. 5+ years working experience in WFOE; 3+ years working experience in handling general ledger and cost management.
5年以上外商独资企业工作经验；3年以上总账处理及成本管控经验。
3. Experience in domestic trading company a must; with import and export manufacturing company experience an advantage.
必须有国内贸易公司工作经验，有出口制造企业工作经验的有加分。
4. Familiar with Excel and has ERP system experience.
能熟练使用EXCEL，有ERP系统操作经验。
5. Fair English Language skills with listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
英语能力较强，包括听、说、读、写。
6. Well-organized and self-disciplined; able to work under pressure.
良好的纪律性，能承受较大的工作压力。
7. Able to communicate effectively with proper interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通和人际交往技巧。

Qualification
