- 推动实施公司零工伤、零环境影响、零违规的战略部署；
- 确保公司的各项管理运作符合国家、政府在环境、安全以及健康的方面的法规要求；
- 通过对工作项目的管理和推动，保证公司环境、安全与健康方面的工作不断提升；
- 协调和应对各类外部审核工作，推广实施定期的内审工作，发现和提出改善行动计划，确保公司的管理运作和各项制度、流程完全符合环境、安全、健康方面的法律政策；
- 为生产现场提供专业的技术支持，并定期的提供符合法规政策要求的相关培训；
- 完善自身团队的建设，不断的提高团队成员专业能力；
- 可以熟练的将公司持续发展战略相关的目标和阶段性的工作计划向客户进行展示和汇报；
- 可以将优秀的方案方法复制推广到整个集团。

Main accountabilities
- Drive Strategy Deployment adapting to group’s goals on Zero injury, Zero Environmental Excursion, and Zero incompliance.
- Ensure compliance with Nation, Local government, Sabrina Group Health Safety, Environmental and Security policy or guidelines. - Lead strategic and tactical programs to improve HSE & Security performance and sustainability.
- Lead / Drive HSE management system deployment
- Coordinate Compliance Audits, Conduct routine self-audits to identify any deficiencies, develop appropriate corrective actions to assure the protection of the environment and maintaining full compliance with applicable government regulations, permits, Health Safety, Environmental and Security policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support to the plant Leadership Team and plant personnel in the day to-day operations. Lead /participate Incident investigations under the condition of any HSE & Security incidents and ensure that all required reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop HSE performance trend analysis and appropriate action plan.
- Maintain HSE documentation and record keeping.
- Coordinate HSE training modules and conducting training, while evaluate the training effectiveness and continue improve the training efficiency and effectiveness. - Drive cost improvements in HSE & Security services and supplies.
- Provides expertise during concept and design phases of manufacturing processes to ensure that sound Health Safety & Environmental control methodologies.
- Lead, coach and train Emergency Response Team Members.
- Manages interactions with outside Environmental support/consulting groups/regulatory agency personnel/contractor
- Work with the regional HSE team to support key site focus areas and project plan development.
- Share “Best Practices” with all BUs. Identify Continuous improvement opportunities.
