职位描述：
Duration: 2 years.
Objective: Aiming to cultivate Chinese nationals who earn Bachelor degree and/or the master degree from top tier American colleges into a qualified manager candidate, including office manager, project manager, HR manager, and Training manager. The candidate will typically first be based in second-tier cities and heavily engage in our core consulting business, plus marketing, finance, HR, projects and other duties.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in top tier US colleges (No specific majors required), Education/Organizational Dynamics/English/Literature/Humanities or Social Sciences major preferred
2. English Skill: TEM8 level or above preferred; excellent skill in oral and writing ability;
3. Flexibility: Provide clients with personalized schemes by utilizing clear thinking, good analytical and judgment skills.
3. Responsibility: Detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility, high spirit of dedication, good professional ethics and quality.
4. Passion: Enthusiastic devotion to education. Relevant consulting service experience preferred
5. Communication skills: Possessing competent consulting skills and good general communication skills.
6. Channel resource: Strong local connection preferred
7. Team Work Ability: Can work independently or cooperate closely with co-workers.
