Mission

Develop the Project retro-planning and Coordinate Supply Chain Resources to ensure the customer request delivery date; Represent Supply Chain to support internally project and externally the customer Supply Chain counterpart.

Responsibilities

Time Components (%)

1. Receive customer orders, make sure the ERP input 10%

2. Follow up the status of the customer orders, coordinate Supply Chain to respect the customer request date . Report the risks of late deliveries and set up the Supply Chain action plan to cover the risks , set up action plans to catch up. Ensure 95% customer OTD. 40%

3. Arrange the shipments with the help of warehouse.Ensure the accuracy of the shipping document. 10%

4. Ensure the ERP system invoice after the deliveries. 5%

5. Respresent Supply Chain to support project manager: report the deliveries status, help PM to solve Supply Chain issues. 15%

6. Represent Faiveley Supply Chain to support Supply Chain counterpart of customer: report the deliveries status, coordinate Faiveley Supply Chain to satisfy customer requirements. 15%

7. Obsolete stock consumption, consignment management. 5%

Candidate Profile

Education/Training

Bachelor degree holder with knowledge of project management and Supply Chain management.

Professional Experience

1. 3-5 years working experience on the job of planning management/project management or supply chain coordination in a manufacturing circumstance;

2. Experiences of ERP system

3. International logistics experiences and tax knowledge will be a plus

长春分公司组织结构包括生产、工艺、质检、仓储；生产工序主要由加工、装配、试验三大部分组成。
