职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 Check if the process setting attach drawing and material list
检查是过程设定否附图纸和材料清单
2 Check if the dimension criteria on process setting is matching with drawing
检查过程设定尺寸要求与图纸是否一致
3 Check if the process setting MO# is matching with drawing MO# (For finished goods)
检查是否process setting MO# 与图纸上MO#一致 (只针对最终产品）
4 Check if the materials match with the material list （only confirm the Label P/N is correct）
确认材料与材料清单一致（只看标签上料号正确）
5 Validate the set up of the machines
验证机器设定
6 Check and record quality data on process setting （follow process setting’s sample size）
检测并记录质量数据在过程设定上（根据过程设定要求抽样）
7 Quality issue feedback
质量问题反馈
8 Confirm every operator use red box correctly
确认每个操作员正确使用红色箱子
9 Check if the operators follow the process setting
确认操作员跟着过程设定生产
10 Place the defective material in red jail and record it
将不良材料放置红架子内并记录在表格
11 Record the test materials in the format
记录测试材料
12 Sign on process setting after finished production
完成生产后在过程设定上签字
13 Request operator clean and take out remaining and defective material before next production
要求操作员在下个产品前清理并拿掉剩下的材料和不良品
14 Assist of quality reception 辅助进料检测
15 Others 其他
