-负责前台工作,接待客人,接听电话
Manage reception desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, taking messages
-正确处理来往信件,报刊杂志以及安排快递服务
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence including newspapers, magazines, letters, and courier bags promptly and properly
-办公室设备的日常维护,用品采购,包括文具、名片、饮用水等
Order, receive and maintain office suppliers to ensure all office suppliers are received at the right time with right quantities and good qualities, including stationery, drinking water, name card and other office necessities
-会议室的预定及安排
Booking conference rooms and setting out for meetings
-公司通讯录更新
Update telephone list
-行政费用的申请及报销,确保费用明细准确无误
Administrative payment request, related record keeping and billing review with no error
Requirements:
-大专或以上学历
College degree or above
- 1年及以上前台行政工作经验
1 years or above working experience in receptionist or administration
-熟练掌握办公室应用软件(Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 礼貌助人,良好的组织技能与专业表现
Professional appearance, team player with pleasant manner, diligent with good organization ability
