职位描述：
Control project archive room.
？ Act as document collection window of WSL project, responsible of document Log In/Log Out.
？ Making all turn over binders ready for VTOP, CTOP, Commissioning TOP, Q TOP, as built drawings
？ Hard copy making for turn over documents and scan and upload
？ Following defined index chasing and compile binder content, summary and update status
？ Taking care of project PPES, stationary, tools and other consumables
？ Manage and follow maintenance of project property such like printer, screen, wakie talkie, etc.
？ Other office job assigned by PM

Academic background & experience
Language of English, preferred with knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry, Biology / Virology or Biotechnology
Bachelor degree
