Mission / Activities

1. Profile

a. Strong technical background and project management competency able to implement engineering project independently.

b. Good understanding of Industrial Automation with knowledge of Electronic Equipment applications.

c. Strong and open communication competencies able to communicate with segment marketing managers, ADEs, SAEs , regional Sales and Marketing teams, Global Machine Experts Team etc.

2. Mission

a. Understand our customer application requirements and related machine technology in targeted segments and move them to general standard solution package

b. Implement or Support sales team with Application Development and Architecture feasibility analysis, and engineering project implementation on real customer application;

c. Propose, Design and build Electronic Equipment preferred solution files based on real cases and experience.

d. Help China Electronic Equipment sales team to achieve yearly business target.

e. Support segment marketing manager to organize commercial and promotion activity.

3. REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Visit representative customers and understand technology, needs and pains, on their applications

b. Bring deep / specific Product & Architectures knowledge (HMI, Flexible Machine Controllers, VSD, and Motion) and application Know-How, in order to design and propose preferred solutions.

c. Project and machine conversion implementation under good project management.

d. Create the related technical documents including project or machine requirement, function specification, program description, user guide, etc.

e. Help to provide comparison with competition solution to build unique value propositions for Schneider solution

f. Create Technical contents to describe, promote and train on preferred application solutions.

Located within OEM sales organisation, ADE members, SAEs, Offer marketing etc.

i. Target KA Customers/distributors

a. Background / Experience

i. Candidate should have a good understanding within targeted segments.

ii. Minimum to enter in the position:

a. Minimum 5 years of within technical or application development role relevant experience

b. Electronic Equipment application knowledge and marketing sense

iii. Knowledge of Electronic Equipment offer and related competitors & customers.

iv. Preferable experience with Schneider Electric solution

v. Preferable project management experience within a customer or channel partner from a target OEM application

b. Qualifications

i. Technical education and/or engineering degree with Business Management

ii. Language skills

a. Local language: Strong verbal, written

b. English: medium Level verbal, written
