职位描述：
Major responsibilities：
Sales and Marketing (40%)
? Collect data on prospective clients
? Maintain and enrich the company client and prospect database
? Maintain company agenda of commercial visits and project assignments
? Assist with simple market research contributing to the services to clients
Communication and Translation (30%)
? Maintain and improve the website of SV as well as conduct other PR activities (Weibo, journalist contact)
? Assist Directors in their communication in Chinese with clients (mail, translation)
? Assist in writing and translate project documentation and minutes as needed
Administration (30 %)
? Provide administrative and logistic support in the daily management of the office
? Assist Directors in basic accounting, banking and invoicing activities

Job requirement：
? A Mandarin native speaker
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English both oral and written,
? A good English level is mandatory (both oral and written) to interact with Director
? Attention to details and quality oriented.
? Well-educated (Bachelor degree), dynamic and open minded.
? 0-2 years’ experience in Business to Business company such as Consulting company or Advertising agency is a plus but motivated and talented beginners are accepted.
? A good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Basic Photoshop is a plus 举报 分享
