职位描述：
主要职责： 1，负责集团融资渠道的开发与拓展，满足集团发展的需求；
                            2，负责集团融资政策的制定与修改，编制年度融资计划与实施；
                            3，负责集团与关联银行的业务对接及政府关联部门的对接；
                            4，负责申报与办理集团各类政府补贴款项；
                    
       职位要求：1，具备高度的责任感与忠诚度；
                           2，保守公司商业机密；
                           3，工作认真细心，有条理，有前瞻性；
                           4，有银行或其它金融机构的投融资工作经验及大型上市公司的金融管理经验；
