Job Objectives

Manage bank account, process payment, bookkeeping and related stuff

Scope of Responsibilities

1. Prepare/check payment requests and process in a timely manner

2. Bank issues including settlement of exchange, foreign exchange declaration

3. Bank reconciliation and bank account management

4. Input and update transactions in accounting system

5. Ensure the accuracy of the transaction and perform analysis on the expenses

6. Handle inter-company charges and confirmations

7. General ledger transactions including fixed assets depreciation, expense accrual, etc.

8. Monthly voucher filing

9. Undertake the other related jobs or projects based on the business needs

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance
2. About 2 years working experience in the relevant area
3. Knowledge in accounting standard, laws and taxation regulation
4. Familiar with MS office, particularly MS Excel

5. Good command of spoken and written English

6. Attention to details and can follow instructions carefully
7. With commitment, good teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently
