Responsibilities
1. Trade strategy development/implementation
? Develop in conjunction with Sales and Brand Marketing team the trade strategy for all brands that are consistent with company's marketing strategy. Develop channel strategies and plans, tailored by major account
? Manage and execute national and customer-specific promotions/events
? Design customer activity calendar and work with field sales to ensure proper implementation and execution; Supervise/conduct retail audit
? Ensure alignment across the Sales and Brand Marketing organizations in planning, communication and execution
? Analyze internal POS, competitive activities and research data to develop shopper/channel/customer insights and formulate action plans
? Actively participate in product and merchandising training to field sales
2. Trade spending management
? Establish guideline and principles for trade spending
? Be responsible for trade budget planning, execution and analysis
? Evaluate trade program effectiveness
Qualification
1. Required Knowledge/ Skills
? Advanced analytical skills
? Strong project management and organization skills
? Abilities to work across functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Operations/Logistics, and Finance
? Ability to work autonomously, prioritize and meet deadlines
? Good sense of creativity
? Strong verbal and written communication skills (both mandarin and English)
? Passionate, positive, creative problem solving
? Willing to travel (domestic travel up to 50%)
2. Preferred Job Experience/Education
? 8 stretching experience in similar position with consumer packaged goods industry strongly preferred
? 2+ Years people management
? Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales or related majors; Master or MBA background is preferred
