Responsibility
l Develop and maintain a local information security policy based on the Group information security handbook, other group level requirements as well as other good practices in the market.
l Ensuring that information security policies/guidelines/instructions are known and followed, as well as making suggestions on methods/measures to strengthen information security landscape
l Ensuring that required information security methods/measures function satisfactorily and maintain security at the stipulated level
l Lead a team to provide consultancy on IT security questions for all concerned parties such as end-users, suppliers, and any others
l Assuming responsibilities for IT security training and information dissemination within the country and coordinate with security managers of other countries in the region for the same
l When applicable, acting as the contact person to external security regulatory bodies
l Distributing relevant security information to personnel responsible for IT Security
l Participate and take the lead to deal with any information security incidents, include but not limit to virus outbreaks, information leakage, and others
l Provide comments and advises on perform all kinds of investigations related to information security
l Align and coordinate with local IS compliance and IS risk management on implement and monitor any relevant IT general controls, or participate in similar activities


Requirements






l University graduate in Information Technology or related discipline
l Minimum 8 years experience in Information Technology operations (helpdesk, infrastructure and / or applications) and at least 5 years with responsibilities related to information security, and this must include multi-national corporations
l Familiar with Microsoft server products, Cisco network technologies and Checkpoint firewall, basic understanding in SAP Basis and AIX
l Process a currently valid certification in information security (for at least 3 years), e.g. CISSP, CISM or GSEC
l Proficient in English and Putonghua and able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in both languages
