Role and Responsibilities:

1: Daily Process Operation:

1.1 AR Reconciliation

1.2 Book and Clear AR & CIT in SAP or Oracle System with high quality

1.3 AR & Revenue Adjustment, Bad debts provision, and manual journal entry post

1.4 Handle internal or external customer tickets and queries

1.5 Billing Events Control

1.6 Daily Issue Resolution

1.7 Prepare and deliver financial data or analysis report or reporting of financial data on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, ensure compliance with group reporting rules’ and PRC GAAP

1.8 Filling and Monthly closing procedures, meet required timeline

2: Cross Team Co-operation on business level:

2.1 Improve Customer Engagement and Satisfaction

2.2 Co-operation work with Controlling Team and other related business unit.

3: Performance Improvement:

3.1 Achieve personal KPI

3.2 Continue improvement in AR process

4: Integration & Global Project:

4.1 Take accounting role in some integration or global projects

5: Training & Learning :

5.1 Complete Schneider Training Schedule and Plan

5.2 Training from external institution

6: Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasks assigned

7: Local Travel is request when necessary

Experience Requirement:

1：Over 1 years financial accounting experience in Manufacturing MNC,

2: Over 3 years experience in local Accounting Firm

3：SAP and Oracle Experience is a great plus
