Direct Report to : HR Operation Section Manager (Benefits)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the right working flows for benefits delivery to employees.
- Coordinate with local vendors on various benefits service level and monitor the execution of vendor on-site support.
- lead and act as communicate bridge to employees at regional level on various benefit projects and processes.
- Follow up with employees/line managers on critical HR issues at regional level.
- Consolidate and run various routine reports with high quality and accuracy.
- Producing Solutions/Proposal for improvement on benefits for management's consideration
- Ensure the quality services of the below routine work.
On-board logistic follow-up
Labor contract signing/renewal
Probation process follow-up
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree and above;
- Minimum 3 years HR experience is a plus,
- Knowledge in local payroll, social benefits system and labor law
- Good knowledge in HR process and policies
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Customer focused with serving attitude
