MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Familiar with injection machine/ mold maintenance. More than 5 years work experience in related area.

2. Leading production engineers and supervisors working closely with production planner to work out suitable production plan and TPM master plan.

3. Defining process bottleneck and recommending appropriate solutions.

4. Responsible for equipment selection and layout designing to ensure them consistent with Continuous Flow.

5. Leading to support new products launching and packing materials changes.

6. Creating a climate to encourage information sharing

7. Motivate the team by setting challenging objectives.

8. Responsible for all production KPIs and EOHS.

9. Perform other functions as assigned by Production Manager.

EDUCATION & /OR EXPERIENCE :

· University degree or above. Major in Mechanical/Automation/Engineering.

· Systematically trained in TPM, GMP

· Proficient in English and computer

· High people management skill.

· More than 4 years working experience in MFG.
