职位描述：

1. Directs the installation, modification and continued integrity of new or revised equipment, processes, specifications and facilities.
2. Keeps knowledgeable of and provide solutions for all manufacturing problems which require engineering to maintain quality, productivity, timeliness and cost standards; serves as an expert in the development of specifications, processes, methods and equipment.
3. Monitors all plant processes to insure that refinements, when needed, are executed without delay.
4. Directs plant continuous improvement projects with a goal toward improving process efficiency and conversion costs.
5. Directs on-site engineers and other assigned personnel for effective problem-solving and project completion.
6. Using statistical methods, leads department activities in the areas of data collection and analysis in order to identify and evaluate proposed process changes.
7. Provides direct feedback, assistance, and is liaison to division staff on new product/process introductions, new materials and/or equipment and facilities planning.
8. Provides technical assistance on equipment and processes for problems related to OSHA compliance.
9. Develops and administers the plant environmental control (internal and external) and hazardous waste programs.
10. Prepares, justifies and reviews appropriation requests. Assists Controller in tracking and controlling spending on appropriation requests.
11. Manages the hiring and training of all direct reports. Monitors and provides feedback on direct report performance and provides developmental opportunities as needed.
12. Overtime is required to meet internal and external customer requirements.
13. Performs any other duties as assigned.

1. Requirements:
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent.
3. 10 years experience in manufacturing plant with at least 5 years prior supervisory experience, and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
4. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Must be able to effectively work with cross functional groups.
6. The ability to fluently speak and write in both Mandarin Chinese and English
