职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.完成分支/及个人销售任务，并不断提升业绩；

2.完成客户拜访/接待、售后服务工作；

3.负责下属（含新人）的培养，提升下属的销售技能；

4.组织完成区域市场、产品、竞争对手的信息收集/整理/分析工作

5.负责分支管理，确保销售政策及各项制度在分支的严格执行；

6.服从公司或上级领导的工作安排

7.根据实际情况做一部分业务

任职要求：

1.五年以上自动化控制、电子、电气、电力、通讯工程、机械类、市场营销等相关行业产品销售工作经验或本科以上相关专业毕业且有专业产品销售工作经验，有减速机/变频器/PLC销售经验可放宽条件

2.有较强的进取意识和客户沟通能力，敢于接受挑战，能承受工作压力,形象较好

3.有人员挑选、分工、绩效辅导、培训下属的经验

4、对宁夏市场较为了解
