Brief Job Description:

1. Develop Key customers' strategies, and executes development strategies and goals in accordance with regional sales objectives and monthly monitors its progress and important effective remedial actions for any significant deviation from the planned targets.

2. Work with category management team to present accounts to secure support for identified business building opportunities. Lead/conduct persuasive and influential presentations to achieve a positive impact on distribution and merchandising decisions in assigned accounts.

3. Implement Win-at-retail programs for the Key accounts, achieving the Main Shelf, Multi-location display and merchandising targets in both quantity and quality terms, establishing core competence in the defined customers.

4. Conducts regular business analysis and quality customer interactions to determine the status of accounts and identify potential problems and ensure aligned KPI delivering.

5. Assit the execution excellence in the field for all Headquarter planned sales and marketing programs in defined customers.

6. In conjunction with the trade marketing, marketing functions, customer service and finance department, help implement relevant strategies, promotion, merchandising activities in relation to the defined customers.
