职位描述：
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Establish a streamlined process for all functions to facilitate the work of budget preparation, actual spending tracking, pre-alert of potential big deviations from planning
2. Coordinate with oversea finance team to provide mthly Regional Reports to Head quarter leaders with timely and in depth visibility of Business Performance across the region
3. Prepare revenue, cost and spending analysis report upon request by management to help them achieve the company objective.
4. Participate in feasibility studies for R&D and projects. Provide useful recommendations to management.
5. Maintain relationships with clients, owners or members of the business community
 
 
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
§ He/She should also be proficient in MS Office applications with advance skill particularly in spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint);
§ Solid track record of project management, feasibility study and problem solving ability is expected.

§ He/she must demonstrate the right behavior and strong commitment to achieve stretch goals/results under tight deadline and high complexity.
§ The incumbent must be a team player with good communication skill in both English and Chinese with senior management and peer groups.
§ Teamwork and interpersonal skills are needed on top of strong planning and analytical skill, and the ability to think and act independently and willing to challenge and improve the process.
 
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
University graduate, ACCA/CMA certification is preferred
Experience:
§ Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, coupled with commercial planning, analysis is preferred. 举报 分享
