职位描述：
主要职责 Responsibilities：
- 全英文授课 Teaching & facilitating classes in English；
- 认真研读教案，备课，授课，确保课程质量 Making high quality Lesson plans preparation in English；
- 做好咨询、教学及服务工作 Providing good service to members；
- 与家长做联系，沟通小朋友的课堂表现及进步程度 Keeping close with parents and following up children’s performance & progress；
- 观察孩子的潜能，给予孩子适时的差异化协助 Maximizing children's development of their talents appropriate to their age；
- 根据中心实际情况完成与课程相关的外围工作 Class environment set-up according to the lessons；.
- 根据需求参与活动的执行 Participating & cooperating activities；
- 主动完成主管交办各项工作，协助其他部门工作任务 Taking the initiative to finish all the work assigned by supervisor, and supporting other department tasks。

任职条件 Qualifications：
- 学士学位以上学历 Bachelor degree & above；
- 优秀的英语会话能力 Excellent command of English；
- 具有儿童教学工作经验，有一定的活动策划能力者优先 Children’s teaching experience, ability of activity planning is preferred；
- 形象好，气质优 Good image & temperament；
- 性格开朗外向，乐观，主动，亲和，幽默，富有激情 With outgoing, energetic, passionate, and cheerful；
- 具备良好的服务意识，善于沟通，强烈的责任感，工作态度端正 With good service awareness, excellent communications skill, strong responsibility, and positive working attitude；
- 有创新意识，良好的团队合作精神，出色的应变能力 A team player with innovation consciousness and good flexibility；
- 具有爱心和耐心，喜欢和小朋友在一起 With love and patience, enjoy the time together with children；
- 能适应双休日工作 Be adapt to work weekends
