职位描述：
？ Communicating and solving of various problems facing during closing and audit.
？ Supervising of monthly financial reporting.
？ Organizing for various audits (except taxation)
？ Preparation for monthly financial review meetings
？ Ensure and align the company's cash flow with the company strategy
？ Establish with the company management the company's financial policies
？ Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
？ Compiling and maintaining of departmental budget for the finance operations team
？ Ensure all legislative requirements are met and all required returns are submitted (except taxation)
？ Supply management team with financial information and reports
？ Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent. Professional qualification (such as CICPA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) holders are preferred.
？ Solid accounting knowledge is a must. The candidate must be familiar with PRC GAAP or IFRS, plus familiar with relevant tax and legislation (both PRC and IFRS)
？ Over 3 years solid knowledge and experience in General Ledger position in multinational companies, or large-scale companies.
？ Experience in manufacturing industry and / or audit is an advantage
？ Able to work with Kingdee and Strong MS office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
？ Display a sound understanding of VAT, SAFE and company statutory requirements
？ Meticulous, committed to work, strong analytical and managerial skills, good communication skill
？ Quick learning skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, team spirit, be able to work independently, or under pressure.
？ Be highly proactive and have good self leadership skill
