Job Description:
1. New coloring products development (crayons, pencils, paints, inks…)
新产品颜料配方开发。（蜡笔，铅笔，画笔，颜料等）
2. Liases with the R&D Manager and Lab assistants to ensure that projects are planned and executed in a timely manner.
负责与经理及实验助理计划及按时完成项目进度
3. Raw material analysis, and evaluation ,,quality standard files compilation
选择新产品所用原材料并制订检测及采购标准。
4. Design or developing new process and sources related machinery
设计和研发新流程及搜索相关设备。
5. Evaluation of the new process and pricing of the new product.
对中试数据及新产品成本、损耗进行分析。
6. Compile the operating guide of the process or equipment
完成相关工艺文件和操作指令。
7. Make improvement on the old process or formulation
改善原有产品质量及相关工艺。
8. Process training
对实验室及车间生产人员进行培训。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above , Material Physics and Chemistry or Chemical engineering.
本科以上学历，主修原料化学物理及化工工程。
2. 2 years above R&D or lab experience
2年以上研发或实验经验。
3. Ability to interact with cross-functional members and multiple departments to coordinate project completion.
能与其他部门相关人员合作、协调，完成项目。
4. Must possess good verbal and written skills. Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Standard windows applications.
良好的口头沟通及书写能力。熟练运用MS word, Excel及Windows各软件。
5. Good English in oral,written and reading.
英语口语，书写，阅读流利。
