ESSENTIAL or FUNDAMENTAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Validate Contract and SO specifications.
2. Proceed Quotation Key-In, placing SO and PO in SAP system based on Quotation and Contract submitted by AE/ Sales.
3. Make master scheduling to coordinate PO delivery, inbound transportation, customs clearance, mounting, consolidation and outbound transportation.
4. Obtain best effort from related parties in Supply Chain to enable on-time delivery under all conditions.
5. Closely work with Sales and Customers on payment progress and delivery arrangement.
6. Work with changes after contract awarded or after delivery and mitigate the loss by adopting appropriate measure
7. Ensure on time update in SAP system for order status, and provide accurate report for fulfillment review.
8. Work with Service team to solve the After Sales issues, to retain the customer’s satisfaction.
9. Support Sales/WHS/Material team for Inventory management, to achieve the company's cash goals.
10. Contract filing and documentation according to company’s record retention policy.
REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES)
1. Bachelor Degree or above, with commercial and QC knowledge preferred.
2. Detailed understanding of Order to Invoice process.
3. Knowledge and use of SAP order, shipment, and billing applications is a plus.
4. Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
5. Excellent organization skills, focused on attention to details.
6. Customer Service oriented.
7. With positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
