职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
- Lead new product implementation/ development according to Marketing product grid and as assigned by supervisor/manager, including lab/ pilot batches, stability/ micro test, claim substantiation, etc.
- Develop technical project timeline/ prepare technical bundle for assigned projects
- Conduct local validation of formulae recommended by PD and/or other Colgate technical groups
- Conduct EMO to ensure manufacturability and product integrity
- Communicate project status/issues in a timely fashion to Marketing/Supply Chain/ R&D
- Interface with Manufacturing and lead manufacturing process development and optimization, and trouble shooting as needed
- Implement applicable Corporate Quality Standards and ensure GLP in the laboratory/pilot, and compliance with EOHS requirements
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:
Education:
M.S. (preferred) in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other related fields
BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other related fields
Experience:
M.S. 0 - 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
BS minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Special Knowledge:
· Strong communication skills in written and oral English;
· Familiar with office software: word, excel, power point, etc.
