SUMMARY:
This job is to help production manager to foster the HCWS process and ensure that production can meet company's business requirement and needs with well-managed KPIs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leading production engineers and supervisors working closely with production planner to work out suitable PM/AM master plan.
2. Defining production process bottleneck and recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Responsible for equipment selection and layout designing to ensure them consistent with Continuous Flow.
4. Leading to support new products launch and packing materials changes.
5. Creating a climate to encourage information sharing.
6. Motivate the team by setting challenging objectives.
7. Responsible for all production KPIs and EOHS.
8. Perform other functions as assigned by Production Manager.

EDUCATION & /OR EXPERIENCE :
1. University degree or above. Major in Mechanical/Automation/Engineering (Auto CAD).
2. Systematically trained in TPM, GMP and management skill.
3. Proficient in English and computer
4. High people management skill.
5. 3~5 years relevant working experience in MFG.
6. Working experience in Printing or Lamination will add value.
